Personal Injury Paralegal

A Personal Injury Paralegal/Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

My client is a highly regarded, award winning law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a pleasant working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for progression and development.

Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Paralegal/Fee Earner to work on a caseload of RTA and EL/PL cases both pre and post litigated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a caseload of personal injury matters, including RTA, EL/PL and CICA claims
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and witness statements
• Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and third parties
• Managing case files and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines
• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Supporting the progression of claims through pre-litigation and litigation stages

Applications are invited from Paralegals/Fee Earners with experience of handling RTA or EL/PL files. You will have excellent communication and telephone skills and be able to work as part of a team.
