Residential Conveyancer - Fee Earner (Remote Working)
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and supportive property team, handling a substantial caseload in a modern, flexible working environment.
 
The Role:

• Manage a caseload of 85+ general residential conveyancing matters
• Dedicated teams handle New Build and Post Completion work, allowing you to focus on core residential transactions - Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchase and Shared Ownership.
• Work autonomously while being fully supported by an established team

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 3+ years' fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident managing a high-volume caseload independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

What's on Offer:

• Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
• remote working
• Office attendance required only once per quarter in the West Midlands
• Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:15pm (1-hour lunch) with flexibility available
• Full-time preferred, part-time considered for the right candidate
