Are you an experienced Personal Injury professional looking for a firm that prioritises your development and career progression? My client is looking to bring in a Fee Earner to join their team in Bristol.
 
The Role This role focuses on handling a dedicated caseload of RTA claims within the fast and intermediate track. This is an ideal position for someone looking to build their reputation within a major firm, with a structured pathway toward Associate level.
 
Key Details

• Caseload: Approximately 50 files (RTA, Fast/Intermediate Track).
• Progression: Genuine career path to Associate, with formal performance reviews every 6 months.

• Experience within personal injury, specifically handling RTA matters.
• Comfortable managing a caseload of Fast Track files; intermediate track experience is a distinct advantage.
