The firm we are hiring for is a well-established law firm with multiple offices across the West Midlands, providing high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses. With a strong reputation for client care and professional excellence, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join their residential property team in a fully remote capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while working remotely as part of a collaborative and supportive team. You will handle transactions from instruction through to post-completion, ensuring an efficient and client-focused service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting and managing a high-quality caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion.
• Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers.
• Manage a full caseload of varying value and complexity across residential property.
• Responding to clients and third parties on technical legal enquiries.
• Providing an excellent service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process to all parties.
• Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors.

About You

• The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, and Licensed Conveyancer with extensive knowledge on a variety of residential property matters
• You will have an excellent knowledge of relevant law and practice, including a proven track-record of the Conveyancing processes.
• Be detail-driven, have excellent communication skills and be a motivated & organised team-player.
