You can expect to pick up a varied caseload including advising families that have used the firm for generations and also for high net worth individuals on their personal matters.
You will have the opportunity to specialise in advising owners of farms, estates, farming partnerships, companies and partnerships on a range of complex tax and succession planning matters.

The ideal scenario is that you will have upwards of 4 years PQE as a qualified solicitor or legal executive with some previous exposure gained in Inheritance Tax Planning ,Trust Drafting and Administration, Will Drafting Probate and Administration of Estates.
Being STEP qualified or working towards full membership is desirable but not essential.
