Marketing Manager – Regional Law Firm (West Yorkshire)
Salary up to £50,000
West Yorkshire (Full-time, office-based)

An established and highly regarded regional law firm in West Yorkshire is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join its growing team.

This is a key role within the firm, offering the opportunity to work closely with Partners and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic growth initiatives. You will take ownership of the firm’s marketing function, driving forward both client acquisition and client retention strategies while enhancing the firm’s overall market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth objectives
• Work closely with Partners to identify opportunities for business development and expansion
• Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Lead and manage one direct report, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of marketing activities
• Oversee brand positioning, campaigns, and promotional activity across relevant channels
• Support fee earners with marketing and business development initiatives
• Analyse marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and productivity

About You:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services (legal experience is advantageous but not essential)
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience managing or mentoring team members
