Embark on an exciting journey with a leading UK law firm, as we seek a talented Costs Lawyer / Draftsperson to join our growing Costs Team in Cardiff. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on large, complex, and specialist cases, shaping the future of legal costs management.

Preferred Requirements:
- Prepare Bills of Costs, primarily for personal injury claims but also for commercial dispute cases
- Prepare Points of Dispute and Replies
- Prepare Cost Budgets
- Negotiate costs settlements
- Mediate cost settlements
- Relevant experience in a similar Law Costs role
- Proven legal, specialist costs, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and IT skills, with experience of using Costs Master (advantageous)
