A Compliance Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
 
My client is an award winning law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to a recruit a Compliance Executive to join their dynamic personal injury team. They are also happy to consider those who are looking to take a step away from fee earning and utilise their skills in a support capacity dealing with file audits, risk management and quality control.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures in regard to personal Injury cases.
• Supporting the firm in meeting regulatory obligations, including SRA requirements
• Conducting file reviews and internal audits
• Identifying and managing compliance risks
• Assisting with complaints handling and reporting
• Delivering training and guidance to staff on compliance matters
• Supporting data protection and GDPR compliance initiatives

About You:
 
Successful candidates will have prior experience of running your own personal injury caseload. Compliance/audit experience would be beneficial but by no means essential as we are happy to consider personal injury fee earners who are looking to move into a Compliance/Audit role.
