Excellent opportunity here for an experienced qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or licensed Conveyancer to join a very busy team.
This is a chance to join a fast paced department who are exceptionally busy and the firm is every well run from the top downwards. They value not only their staff but their client base an long germ relationships.
You will pick up your own full and varied caseload which includes traditional sales and purchase, re-mortgages, new builds, shared ownership and leasehold properties.
The firm already have a strong presence across the South of England and they are known for the support they give to their staff.
New build transactions will be part of the caseload - if you haven't done this before that is not important however you should be open to handling these files moving forward though.
You should have excellent client care and communication skills and have good organisational skills an be able to demonstrate a high attention to detail.
