The Opportunity
A well established UK law firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Clinical Negligence team. You will be working on a varied caseload including complex, high-value birth injury claims through to more straightforward matters, all within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Assist on complex, high-value birth injury cases
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor junior team members

- 4+ PQE in clinical negligence
- Strong experience Clinical Negligence files
- Comfortable handling clients and managing expectations

Before joining in 2017, Francesca gained experience in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury market as part of an Expert Liaison team at an insurance company. She holds a Primary School Teaching degree from the University of Lancashire and A-levels in Business Studies, English, and Religious Studies.
