We are working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in West Yorkshire who are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to take the next step in their career and handle a varied, high-quality caseload.

You will manage a high quality and varied case load including:-

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Complex landlord & tenant matters
• Development projects
• Agricultural matters
• Corporate support work

You’ll work closely with a diverse client base, from SMEs and investors to developers and national businesses, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice.

To be considered for the role:

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property (more junior or senior applicants also considered)
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters
• Commercially minded with excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Desire to contribute to the development and growth of the team

On offer is a competitive salary up to £65,000, dependent on experience, flexible working arrangements (hybrid available), full and part time hours will be considered and also clear progression opportunities within a supportive environment.
