HULL – £40,000 - £65,000

A market-leading law firm in York is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join its well-established and highly regarded property team. This opportunity has arisen as part of the firm’s planned growth strategy, making it an excellent time to join a forward-thinking practice with a strong reputation in the regional market.

You will join a collaborative and experienced commercial property team handling a broad range of high-quality matters. The role offers exposure to a varied caseload and the opportunity to work closely with clients across a range of sectors. Typical work will include:-

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
• Property development and investment work
• Commercial property finance and secured lending
• Complex transactions

I am keen to speak to solicitors with:

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property
• Possess strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Are confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team

The role will:

• Pay a salary up to £65,000, negotiable depending on experience
