HNW and Prime Residential Conveyancing Associate - LondonA leading London is looking to hire a confident, service focused Associate Solicitor to join their team, acting for a UK and international client base in the purchase and sale and re-finance of high value, Prime residential properties.
Property values will stretch into the tens of millions, and candidates will need to demonstrate experience and know how across both listed and leasehold residential real estate, understanding the potential pitfalls for buyers and undertaking all the necessary due diligence to ensure clean title and properties are free of any risk associated with improvements made without the necessary consents. Associate Solicitors will also act for lenders on secured property transactions which may include Islamic finance structures.
Applications are invited from Associate level Residential Real Estate Solicitors who are attracted by the opportunity to work with high value properties, and progress their careers on that path.
