A highly regarded and long-established law firm is seeking an experienced Family / Matrimonial Solicitor to take over a well-established caseload following the retirement of a senior fee earner.
 
This is a rare opportunity to step into high-quality existing work from day one, with genuine autonomy and a clear and realistic route towards equity partnership/directorship.
 
The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing an existing private family caseload, primarily focused on divorce and financial remedy matters. There will be some involvement in children matters, although the core focus of the role is financial aspects of relationship breakdown.
 
This is a position that offers real ownership, with the opportunity to shape and grow the department further over time.
 
Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Ideally 4-5 years' PQE, although this is flexible for the right individual
• Comfortable operating as the main family fee earner within the office
• Strong private client approach with excellent client care and communication skills
• Confident working independently while maintaining high professional standards
