A well-established, Legal 500-ranked law firm with multiple offices across the UK is seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its team. The firm has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice within a supportive and collaborative working environment, acting for a diverse client base including investors, corporates, and private individuals both in the UK and internationally.

The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Central London. The successful candidate will support the Real Estate Finance team with a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold matters, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with file management, including opening and closing files
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and solicitors to handle general enquiries
• Supporting fee earners through exchange and completion processes
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
• Handling Companies House submissions
• Submitting applications to HM Land Registry and responding to requisitions
• Managing post-completion matters, including leasehold requirements
• Assisting with AML compliance procedures

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a property paralegal role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
