A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Office Manager to join a professional and well-structured organisation. This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office while working closely with senior management.
 
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing a broad range of administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to senior management
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of office operations, including coordinating suppliers and maintenance
  • Ensure internal procedures are followed and records are accurately maintained
  • Support health and safety compliance by carrying out routine checks, maintaining documentation, and organising training
  • Maintain HR records, support onboarding processes, and assist with payroll administration
  • Update and maintain internal templates and systems
  • Provide basic support to colleagues on office software and internal systems, liaising with external IT providers where necessary
  • Produce and distribute reports, including data collation using spreadsheets
About You:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office management role within a regulated or professional environment
  • Experience working with structured processes or quality standards is advantageous
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in word processing and spreadsheet software
  • Experience supporting HR administration
  • Confident using internal systems and databases
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  • Organised, adaptable, and comfortable handling a varied workload
