Sheffield – £50,000 - £70,000

Day To Day:

• Manage your own caseload of individual medical negligence and group action claims, providing clear and empathetic legal advice to clients.
• Assist on large-scale, high-profile litigation alongside experienced partners, contributing to landmark cases that deliver life-changing outcomes for clients.
• Provide clear, empathetic legal advice to clients from the outset
• Collaborate with experts, counsel, and other stakeholders to build strong cases and seek interim payments to support client rehabilitation and care needs.
• Contribute to the team's strategic development and knowledge sharing, demonstrating your commercial awareness and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Seek interim payments to support client rehabilitation and care needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-8+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a background in Medical Negligence.
• Some experience in group actions and/or product liability would be an advantage, but is not a pre-requisite.
• A passion for delivering exceptional client service and making a real difference in the lives of those affected by medical negligence.
