We are currently working with our client, a well-established regional law firm, seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and team based in Stafford.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and close-knit Commercial Property team, working alongside experienced partners and solicitors on a broad range of matters. The department is seeing a strong flow of work and is looking to bring in an additional lawyer to support continued growth.

The Role

• Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Supporting on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and general commercial property transactions
• Assisting senior colleagues on more complex matters
• Working closely with clients to provide clear, commercially focused advice

About You

• Qualified solicitor from NQ up to 3 years’ PQE
• Experience in commercial property, either through a seat or post-qualified role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• Exposure to development work would be beneficial but is not essential
