Commercial Litigation Solicitor , Bristol
This is a superb opportunity to join a well known legal 500 firm who are looking to strengthen with the appointment of a qualified Litigation Solicitor. You could have had a background in Commercial, Civil, Property or Insurance Litigation.
The role would suit someone who is technically strong and commercially aware.
The caseload would be made up of technically complex Claimant and Defendant contractual claims, including but not limited to: commercial Contracts, consumer contracts, misrepresentation, professional negligence, and building disputes. The work sources include LEI and private instruction.
There is no doubt that work will be varied and challenging but rewarding.
You'd have responsibility for the management of a personal caseload of between 25 and 40 varied, complex and often high value cases, including responsibility for day-to-day client relationships.As well as a very competitive salary you'll receive a wide range of company benefits, including:
