The Role
- Lead and develop the Housebuilder practice in Yorkshire
- Act as the regional relationship partner for key housebuilder clients
- Grow work from existing national clients and panels
- Drive new client development in the Yorkshire market
- Lead and expand a regional team, with scope to hire as the practice grows
- Collaborate closely with partners across a national sector group
- Established Real Estate / Development Partner, or senior lawyer ready for partnership
- Strong experience acting for housebuilder clients
- Credible profile in the Yorkshire development market
- Commercial, strategic and motivated to build a practice
- A following or portable work advantageous but not essential
- True regional lead role, not joining an existing hierarchy
- Access to high‑quality national housebuilder clients
