The requirement is for a residential conveyancer who is either a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer at NQ to 3 PQE ideally who is looking to progress their development alongside key people.

You will run a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files involving sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold and new build properties.
 
With your proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions you will relish this new challenge and a chance to cement your reputation in the Bristol market.
 
Applications from relocators will be considered but you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bristol area.
