The Opportunity While the finer details can be tailored depending on your experience, the immediate priority is a senior hire in Bristol.
They're ideally looking for someone at Senior Associate or Associate level—or an experienced fee earner ready to step up into a more senior, leadership-driven position.
This role would suit a qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer who may currently feel held back and is looking for the platform to progress, lead, and make their mark.
Salary is flexible and reflective of experience. For exceptional candidates seeking a package at the top end, there is scope to shape or expand the role to align with a more senior appointment.
What You'll Be Doing - Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters autonomously
- Playing a key role in establishing and growing a new team or branch
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior colleagues
- Delivering high-quality client service across a range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, and more complex matters
