Childcare Solicitor

Warrington – £42,500 - £55,000

A well-established and reputable law firm based in Warrington is seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join its growing Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE, although applications are welcomed from candidates at varying levels of experience.
 
The successful candidate will handle a caseload of childcare matters, including both public and private law proceedings. The role will involve advising and representing clients in matters such as care proceedings, supervision orders, child arrangement orders, and other issues relating to child welfare. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload while also supporting senior members of the team on more complex matters where required.
 
The firm is looking for a confident and empathetic individual with strong advocacy and client care skills. The ability to manage competing priorities, meet court deadlines, and maintain high standards of work is essential.
