New opportunity for a commercially minded property solicitor looking to move in-house for a more hands-on role, supported by a Senior Solicitor. Applications are invited from UK qualified solicitors from 3PQE upwards

We’re working with a highly active and entrepreneurial property business with a diverse UK-wide portfolio spanning retail, industrial, and office assets. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint another Property Solicitor to support their fast-paced internal functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you’ll be close to the commercial decision-making, working directly with a senior solicitor and other stakeholders playing a key role in driving transactions forward. You’ll support on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, assignments, and variations
• Handling landlord & tenant matters
• Supporting acquisitions and disposals across a national portfolio
• Advising on title issues and general portfolio management
• Assisting with refinancing and secured lending transactions
• Supporting asset management and redevelopment projects

This is an excellent in-house opportunity for Commercial Property Solicitor from 3PQE upwards to act on a varied property portfolio. Ample development opportunity will be provided with support from experienced colleagues. Its an ideal environment to be close to the deals, communicating with a non-legal audience and super charging the next part of their career in-house.
