A well-established South West law firm is looking to strengthen their property team with the appointment of an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join its growing team in the Bristol area.
 
With your ambition and excellent communication skills you will be motivated by such an opportunity at this time.

The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion.
 
The existing caseload will include a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold, remortgages, new build work and transfers of equity.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate previous conveyancing experience and the ability to handle a busy caseload whilst delivering a high-quality service in line with the CQS standards.

To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with ideally 1 + years' experience in Residential Property.
 
Strong technical expertise and communication skills are essential.
 
The south west is a superb place to live and work. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
