Business Development Manager

Greater Manchester – £30,000 - £85,000

A fast-growing and innovative company is seeking a Business Development / Sales Adviser to join its team and drive new client acquisition for its market-leading service.
 
This is a high-energy B2B sales role, focused on engaging professional firms, building relationships, and converting opportunities into signed agreements.
 
This position is ideal for ambitious, commercially driven individuals who thrive on results and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. The successful candidate will enjoy the freedom to manage their own pipeline while contributing to the growth of a trusted, proven service.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and engaging prospective B2B clients in the legal and professional services sector
  • Generating new business through outbound outreach, networking, and follow-up activity
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed agreement
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships while positioning the service to reduce risk and improve efficiency
  • Tracking and managing performance against individual sales targets
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within software/SaaS, legal services, or professional services
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A highly driven, resilient, and target-focused mindset

  • £30,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (£500 per deal signed)
