Responsibilities - Receive client instructions and deliver precise, practical legal advice to achieve the best possible resolution for your clients.
- Independently manage your own caseload while providing support to Partners and senior team members on complex, high-value matters.
- Conduct case reviews with your team to ensure accuracy and maintain the highest standards of legal service.
- Contribute to area meetings, ensuring your team objectives are being met and actively participating in the growth of the Serious Injury team.
- Mentor and train others within the team, leveraging your expertise and experience to develop the next generation of legal professionals.
Preferred Requirements - 4-8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Serious Injury cases.
- Strong commercial acumen with the confidence and drive to lead business development initiatives, building relationships and elevating the team's market presence.
- Empathy and compassion to support clients through challenging personal circumstances, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
