A well-regarded regional law firm is currently looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Paralegal to join its growing conveyancing team based in Kent.
This opportunity would suit a legal professional with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The position offers direct client interaction, with support from an experienced and approachable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Providing clear, practical, and commercially focused advice to clients
• Assisting senior colleagues on more complex matters where required
• Contributing to business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ PQE within residential property
• Strong technical knowledge and a proactive, client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth of the team
