Preferred Requirements: - Prepare Bills of Costs for detailed assessment and manage Precedent H costs budgets.
- Draft Precedent F bills in budgeted matters and handle Precedent T revisions and Precedent R approvals.
- Advise fee earners on costs strategy and recovery, and support negotiations and settlement of costs.
- Demonstrate a strong background in inter partes claimant work, particularly in serious injury and/or clinical negligence.
- Possess solid knowledge of Precedents H, F, T, and R, and the ability to manage files independently and handle complex matters.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experienced Costs Draftsman or qualified Costs Lawyer.
