Role: Employment Solicitor (4+ PQE) Location: Fully Remote Working
Salary: £68K + DOE

The Role - Managing your own caseload across both contentious and non‑contentious employment work
- Advising employer clients on restructures, redundancy processes and employee relations matters
- Handling complex tribunal litigation, including multi‑issue claims
- Supporting TUPE matters, including warranties, indemnities and workforce strategies
- Running employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including due diligence
- Reviewing and drafting employment policies and workforce documentation
- Delivering training and supporting client relationship initiatives
- Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers as part of a national team structure
What They’re Looking For - 4+ PQE in employment law with solid exposure across advisory, contentious and/or transactional matters
- Experience advising on restructures, redundancies, and ER processes
- Strong tribunal and/or advocacy experience, with confidence handling complex litigation
- TUPE experience or a genuine interest in developing it
- Experience supporting corporate or commercial transactions
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Strong client‑handling abilities and a commercial approach
- An interest in BD, training and supporting team development
