Our client, a well-established regional law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team in Wolverhampton.
The Role
You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC or Conveyancer
- Minimum 1 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Strong knowledge of CQS Protocol and AML legislation
- Excellent client care and organisational skills
- Experience with case management systems (Tikit desirable)
- Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
