The Role:
- Manage a varied caseload including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters
- Advise on complex issues such as trusts, succession planning, and estate administration
- Collaborate with an experienced team and provide guidance to junior colleagues where appropriate
- Flexible hours, working 2-3 days per week, or half days to suit your schedule
- 2+ years PQE in Private Client work
- Experience in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and IHT planning for a range of clients
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your own caseload
- Client-focused, with excellent advisory and communication skills
- Professional, personable, and confident handling sensitive matters
