Residential Conveyancer
 
A well established law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment while managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling transactions from instruction through to completion, working closely with colleagues to ensure files progress smoothly and clients receive a high standard of service.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Handling a range of transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, Help to Buy and lease extensions
- Preparing files for exchange and completion and ensuring matters progress efficiently
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Supervising and delegating work to Conveyancing Assistants where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards
 
About You
 
- Strong experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team
- Commitment to delivering high standards of client service
 
Working Hours
 
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with the hybrid an option after a period of time
