A leading specialist family law firm in London is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join its highly regarded and expanding team.

The firm is widely recognised as one of the UK’s top family law practices, advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals on complex, high-value and often high-profile matters, many of which involve international elements. The team is consistently ranked at the top level by leading legal directories and has built an outstanding reputation for combining technical excellence with a discreet, client-focused approach.

Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to appoint a talented and motivated Associate Solicitor to support its partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of sophisticated family law matters.

The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team on a variety of complex matters, including:

• High-value financial remedy proceedings
• Children matters, including complex and international disputes
• Divorce and relationship breakdown involving substantial assets
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, often with cross-jurisdictional aspects
• Cases involving international elements and multi-jurisdictional issues

This role offers exposure to high-quality work, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to develop within a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment.

About You
Applications are welcomed from solicitors who demonstrate:

• A strong academic background and excellent technical ability
• Experience in family law (typically 2–3 years+ PQE, although flexibility may be considered)
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
• A client-focused and empathetic approach
• Confidence working on complex and sensitive matters
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Experience advising high net worth individuals or working on international family law matters would be advantageous, but is not essential.
