I have an urgent requirement for a Criminal and Civil Litigation Solicitor for a well regarded law firm in Stratford Upon Avon with a firm that offers hybrid working.
The Role:
- Independent conduct of criminal, civil and/or police station matters
- Drafting, advocacy and client representation
- Managing files from instruction to conclusion
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with SRA and firm standards
- Qualified Solicitor with strong technical knowledge
- Able to manage cases independently
- Excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills
- Committed to high standards of client care
