A long standing and top ranking law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (3–5 years’ PQE) to join their growing team in central Leeds.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and forward-thinking practice with a strong reputation for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice to a broad client base.

You will play a key role in advising and representing clients in a wide range of complex and high-value commercial disputes. Your caseload will include:
  • Contractual disputes
  • Shareholder and partnership disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Intellectual property litigation
  • Insolvency-related disputes
You will manage matters from initial instruction through to trial and enforcement, working closely with partners and clients to develop effective dispute resolution strategies. The role offers significant responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation
  • Proven experience handling complex and high-value disputes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
You will be confident in managing your own caseload, building client relationships through business development/marketing/networking and working collaboratively within a team environment.
