A well regarded high street law firm are recruiting for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy and well-established law firm at their office in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced Solicitor, supporting them throughout the residential conveyancing process.
 
The Role
The successful candidate  provide vital support including:

• Drafting SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions, and Transfer Deeds
• Handling basic enquiries and producing case management letters
• Managing AML on-boarding procedures
• Opening and closing files
• Liaising with agents and clients, providing updates by phone
• Undertaking a full range of secretarial and paralegal duties to assist the department

About You
To be considered, you must have:

• 6 months experience within Residential Conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation
• Strong organisational ability, able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy department
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
