- 5+ years' PQE in Family Law.
- Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Experienced across private family matters including divorce, financial remedies, and children work.
- A capable advocate, happy to undertake your own advocacy where appropriate.
- Commercially astute, with a demonstrable flair for business development.
- Ideally bringing an existing client/referrer following — or the drive and credibility to build one.
- Mediation experience? A bonus, but not essential.
- Managing a diverse and high-quality private Family caseload.
- Proactively networking and strengthening local referrer relationships.
- Growing their reputation and visibility in Bournemouth .
- Spotting opportunities, nurturing connections, and driving sustainable growth.
- Playing a pivotal role in shaping the department's next chapter.
