A well-established national law firm is seeking a Partner to lead and develop its Corporate & Commercial practice in London.
  
This is a replacement hire and a genuine leadership opportunity within a firm that combines national scale with a distinctly relationship-driven culture.

The Role   
  
You will lead a 7-lawyer Corporate & Commercial team in London and will be responsible for:
  • Providing strategic direction to the team
  • Driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Developing external referral networks
  • Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
  • Strengthening the London market profile
The client base includes:
  • SMEs and owner-managed businesses
  • Family offices and private wealth-adjacent clients
  • Agri-sector clients
  • Cross-border corporate interests
The work is expected to be well balanced across both corporate and commercial matters.
  
Ideal Profile   
  • Partner, Legal Director or ambitious Senior Associate ready to step up
  • Strong experience across both corporate and commercial
  • Comfortable generating new business
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-focused
  • Not reliant on centrally fed work streams
  
A portable following is welcomed but not essential. Demonstrable appetite for business development is key.
