A well-established national law firm is seeking a
Partner to lead and develop its Corporate & Commercial practice in London. This is a replacement hire and a genuine leadership opportunity within a firm that combines national scale with a distinctly relationship-driven culture.

The Role You will lead a
7-lawyer Corporate & Commercial team in London and will be responsible for:
- Providing strategic direction to the team
- Driving revenue growth and profitability
- Developing external referral networks
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
- Strengthening the London market profile
The client base includes:
- SMEs and owner-managed businesses
- Family offices and private wealth-adjacent clients
- Agri-sector clients
- Cross-border corporate interests
The work is expected to be well balanced across both corporate and commercial matters.
Ideal Profile - Partner, Legal Director or ambitious Senior Associate ready to step up
- Strong experience across both corporate and commercial
- Comfortable generating new business
