My client is a well known regional firm who are looking to expand and strengthen in Brighton.
 
The successful candidate should be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer who is capable of working without supervision but who would become very well placed to lead and forge a new team with no limit on future progression.
 
The role is a full time office based position, hybrid working is not available and you should be motivated by an exciting opportunity which would benefit both yourself and the firm.
 
You will need to be a good communicator, able to deal with a range of residential conveyancing transactions  both freehold and leasehold and include sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and new build properties etc.
 
A willingness to be involved in business development will be a key requirement, together with commencing as a stand alone fee earner (no support) until the caseload increases to a point where they can add support staff and grow the team.
 
In terms of a salary range, it would be to negotiation based upon previous experience and also there is a range of perks and benefits associated with a professional law firm.
