Conveyancing Paralegal

London – Salary negotiable based on experience

A well-established and growing law firm based in East London, are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy property department.


Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and remortgages
• Managing files from start to completion under supervision
• Drafting legal documents, contracts, and completion statements
• Conducting searches and liaising with local authorities, lenders, and estate agents
• Handling client enquiries and providing regular updates
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
• Maintaining accurate file records and case management systems

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a residential conveyancing role
• Good knowledge of the conveyancing process and property law
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office
