This is a permanent, full-time role offering a competitive salary of £50,000–£90,000, alongside a flexible hybrid working pattern (4 days from home, 1 day in a city office).
The Role:
- Work closely with a team of experienced legal professionals to deliver exceptional service to a discerning client base
- Manage complex family law matters with confidence, discretion, and empathy
- Build strong, lasting client relationships while providing tailored legal solutions
- Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Minimum of 5 years’ PQE in family law, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Calm, professional approach when handling complex and sensitive matters
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively within a team
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales
- Strong technical knowledge of family law
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
