Family Partner Altrincham A leading regional law firm is looking for a Family Partner to join its highly regarded Family team in Altrincham. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced lawyer to take on a senior role with real influence, handling complex, high value family matters and helping shape the future of the team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in family law and a proven record of advising high net worth clients on divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements including relocation, and cohabitation disputes. Exposure to agricultural family matters and other specialist high net worth cases will make the role particularly rewarding.
This is a role for a commercially minded lawyer who combines technical expertise with outstanding client relationship skills and leadership ability. The successful Partner will confidently manage a portfolio of complex matters, mentor and supervise junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of the Altrincham team.
A strong business development mindset is essential, with the ability to nurture existing client and referrer relationships while building new connections. The role is suitable for an existing Partner, Legal Director, or Senior Associate ready to step up to partnership level.

Hours and Benefits The position is based at the Altrincham office on a full time basis.
