An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded commercial real estate team based in Leeds. This is a strong regional practice with a well-established reputation across Yorkshire and beyond, advising a broad client base that includes developers, investors, occupiers and public sector bodies.

The team is continuing to grow and is keen to appoint an NQ who has completed a real estate seat during their training contract and is due to qualify this September.

The Role

You will join a supportive and well-structured commercial property team where you will gain hands-on experience from day one. Work is varied and high quality, and is likely to include:

• Assisting on acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property
• Acting on landlord and tenant matters, including drafting and negotiating leases
• Supporting on development projects and portfolio management work
• Carrying out title investigations and due diligence
• Working closely with senior lawyers on more complex transactions as your experience develops

This is a broad commercial real estate role offering excellent exposure and responsibility in a collaborative team environment.

• A trainee solicitor due to qualify in September
