Costs Team Leader

As the Costs Team Leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and supporting your team members, ensuring the timely and profitable completion of complex injury claims while delivering exceptional client service.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven ability to plan and distribute workload effectively, ensuring the team meets agreed targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to establish strong working relationships within the team and with clients
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and supporting team members, providing technical guidance and feedback to enable their progression
• Proficiency in implementing strategies to effectively challenge costs claimed and drive successful settlements
• Commitment to continuously improving the quality of work and implementing Keoghs policies and procedures
