My client is a well-established national firm, who are looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded department managing substantial client funds and supporting individuals who have suffered acquired brain injuries and received significant damages awards.
The Role You will:
- Manage Professional Deputyship and Personal Injury Trust matters
- Work closely with senior colleagues and Heads of Department
- Support business development initiatives
- Keep up to date with COP and PI Trust developments

What They're Looking For - Open PQE - able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
- Court of Protection experience (ideally property & affairs)
- Strong communication and client-care skills
- A team player who can also work independently
