New opportunity for a Junior PQE Commercial Solicitor to join a Global Business at their Manchester HQAs Legal Counsel, you'll play a key role in delivering contract excellence across the companies major accounts. For an aspiring in-house solicitor, you'll gain unrivalled exposure to legal work on an International scale, supported by an experienced Legal Director.
Working in a small team, you'll gain exposure to clients in sectors such as Energy, Construction, Engineering and Manufacturing. As Legal Counsel, you'll advise internal stakeholders as to compliant solutions, find creative angles to get deals done, and ensure the smooth running of the businesses commercial operations.
Duties include:
- Drafting and negotiating of wide range of contracts, specifically including RPO and MSP agreements
- Review and improve processes and existing templates
- Advising colleagues and Senior Leadership team across an International business landscape
- Input into strategic decision making from cross discipline teams
- Keep abreast of Regulatory changes impacting existing territories
- Ongoing delivery of training
