A growing and dynamic legal team is seeking a
Property Litigation Solicitor to handle a diverse and challenging caseload of property disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, dilapidations, adverse possession, and related property litigation, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities - Manage a varied property litigation caseload, including County Court, High Court, and First Tier Property Tribunal proceedings
- Draft and respond to legal documents, provide clear advice, and liaise with clients, opponents, courts, and other parties
- Support colleagues on joint cases and departmental initiatives
- Mentor and supervise paralegals, providing guidance to support their professional growth
- Contribute to continuous improvement and business development efforts
Candidate Profile Essential: - Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Litigation Practice Rights (or equivalent) and 2-3 years PQE
- Experience in property litigation, including s25/s26 notices, section 20 procedures, leasehold disputes, and boundary issues
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a busy caseload
- Team player able to meet deadlines and achieve fee targets
