You’ll be joining a small but very well-established and successful corporate and commercial team, working closely with experienced lawyers and providing high-quality legal support across a broad range of non-contentious matters.

The role will include involvement in:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Commercial contracts
• Investment matters
• Joint ventures
• Licensing agreements
• Shareholder agreements
• Data protection and compliance work

This is a varied and hands-on role offering excellent exposure to high-quality work and the chance to develop your technical skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About you:

• Previous experience in a corporate and/or commercial legal environment is desirable
• A minimum of 6 months experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal within a corporate/commercial team
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a genuine interest in corporate and commercial law
• The ambition to grow and progress within a long-term role
