An established Lichfield-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. Applicants must be qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE. Highly experienced candidates will also be considered.
The Role:
Managing a varied caseload across Commercial and Civil Litigation, including boundary disputes, landlord & tenant matters, contract disputes and general litigation. The role also includes supervising junior staff, cost and billing management, identifying fee-earning opportunities, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
The Candidate:
- Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
- Experience in Commercial & Civil Litigation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to develop clients and work collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated and commercially aware
